The first part is the account and password, followed by the security question answers and birthday.

The password, birthday, security questions, and answers can all be changed, which makes it safer.

1: You can log into the Apple official website to change the security questions and answers, this makes it a bit safer, change website https://appleid.apple.com
2: It is strongly recommended that if you only want to download from the App Store, log into the Apple account from there, not from Settings. If you must log in from Settings, disable Find My (ID lock) immediately.
3: If the purchased ID shows (Disabled-Locked), go to the Apple official website and use the security questions (just reset the password).
